Who are Lloyd Hall Bespoke
We are a made to measure tailoring house based in the North of England but we serve the whole of the UK. Established in 2013 in response to a growing number of leading high street fashion outlets now including formal wear amongst their trending items – we decided this needed to be accessible to everyone and not just the people who can fit into pre made clothing.
Is this a bespoke suit
Bespoke means made to ones specification. All of Lloyd Hall’s suits are made to our customer’s specification and comprise many hours of hand cutting and sewing.
How does the money back guarantee work
Lloyd Hall will offer our customers a money back guarantee if for any reason your suit has not been produced to your specifications. This is following a strict procedure of repair or replace.
How long will my suit take to make
Depending on the fabric choice, cut and other factors, a bespoke suit will usually take 6 weeks. In urgent situations there is a £99-£199 surcharge for a 10-15 working day turn around again dependant on cloth choice and stock levels.
How long is each appointment
Initial style consultations can take 30 minutes or up to 1.5 hours depending on how much guidance you need in the design of the suit. It’s always a good idea to seek out photos of other suits you like to use as inspiration. Subsequent fittings only take around 15 minutes.
What are the payment terms
50/25/25 – 50% deposit to place the order, followed by 25% payment at the first fitting and then lastly the balance of 25% upon final delivery.
